Check In Instructions

LATE CHECK IN AFTER 900pm

PRE ARRANGED LATE ARRIVALS - If you have planned to arrive late (after 900pm) we have a late check in procedure for you to follow

When you arrive at Xanadu Resort please make your way to the East Tower - nearer the beach, where Reception is located.

Use the intercom panel at the front entrance and dial 200 and then PRESS the 'BELL' button for at least 2 seconds. Please announce your self to the operator who will give you a 3 digit code to activate the safe. The front door will open automatically.

The key safe is located on the right hand end of the Reception Desk. Enter the 3 digit code enter into the safe keypad and press 'B', turn the knob to open the safe door. Please identify the envelope with your surname on and remove it from the safe.

Then close the safe door and turn the knob anti-clockwise to close and lock the safe. The envelope will contain keys and further details for you to find your way to your apartment.

Children and Extra Guests Details

The nightly rate covers up to four (1-4) guests staying in the apartment. An extra guest up to a maximum of five (5) persons per apartment are charged at $35.00 including tax per person per day.

Portable Cot hire with linen minimum charge $36.30 for up to three days, $5.50 per day thereafter.

Timber Cot hire with linen minimum charge $46.30 for up to three days, $5.50 per day thereafter.

Car Parking Details

There is basement secure under cover parking, with one car space per apartment.

Travel Directions

Getting to Xanadu Resort, we are 25 minutes drive from Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport or a 60 minute drive from Brisbane Domestic/International Airport. There is also a convenient rail-air link to Brisbane Airport - AirTrain.

There are limo/taxi/bus and coach transfers available from either airport.

Things To Do

THEME PARKS - All major Gold Coast Theme Parks - visit Movie World, Dreamworld, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild. There are fantastic hinterland and nature tours available.

GOLF - Xanadu Resort is well located for access to all the resort golf courses throughout the Gold Coast.

DINING OUT - The restaurants and cafes of Tedder Avenue and Marina Mirage all conveniently close by.

RETAIL THERAPY - Excellent retail shopping facilities at Tedder Avenue, Marina Mirage and the ever popular Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
