Fax/photocopying available at reception. Internet access is available at the nearby internet cafe. Special arrangements can be made for conferences within the immediate vicinity as well as bus hire for delegates to attend the conference centre or other business venues.

Check In Instructions

Guests wishing to check in later than 500 p.m. Mon-Fri or 100 p.m. on Sat should telephone property to arrange a late check in. Check in on Sun/public holiday by special arrangement.

Guests can request a late check out subject to availability and cost.

All 2 bedroom apartments offer accommodation for up to 4 people. Max. 1 more guest is allowed at an extra cost of $20 per night. Porta-cots and high chairs can also be hired by arrangement. Children under 5 years of age sharing the same bed as parents at no extra charge.

Car Parking Details

Every apartment has a dedicated undercover car park located conveniently close to the apartment entrance. Parking for a second car can be accommodated in the off-street parking next to the block. Main gate entrance clearence is 2.1m.

Travel Directions

The majority of international visitors will travel to the Gold Coast via the Brisbane International Airport. Domestic and some international visitors can also use the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta.

Travel time from the Brisbane airport is approximately 1 hr 15 mins on the Pacific Motorway.

Travel time from the Coolangatta airport is approx 10 mins.

The Hill Apartments are located on the approach road to the Gold Coast Highway alongside the south side of Currumbin Creek.

From the south

Travel along the Pacific Hwy onto the Gold Coast Hwy at Coolangatta. From there, follow the highway to Currumbin and take a right turn at the Currumbin Hill lights into Tomewin Street. Continue down Tomewin Street until you meet Pacific Parade at Currumbin Beach. Turn left along the coast road past the SLSC for about 400 meters until you see signs for Coolangatta and Ballina. Turn left there as if to enter the Gold Coast Highway south, the entrance to The Hill is 10 metres up the approach road on the left hand side.

From the North

Follow the Gold Coast Hwy to Currumbin. When the highway goes over the Currumbin Creek Bridge turn left immediately after the bridge onto Duringan Street. After 30 metres at the bottom of the slight hill turn right into the entrance of The Hill .

From the M1 Motorway

Follow the M1 Motorway to the lights at Tugun, where the Motorway joins the Gold Coast Hwy. Turn left at the lights, follow the Gold Coast Hwy to the Currumbin Hill lights and turn right into Tomewin St. Then follow the directions as above from the south.

By Taxi

If you are coming by taxi our address is 38-42 Duringan Street and our entrance is on the south side of the Currumbin Creek estuary.

A short drive inland from the coast and you are in the midst of the Gold Coast hinterland with its unspoiled rainforests, waterfalls, spectacular views, bush-walking, wildlife and National Parks. Several scenic drives wind through the area, taking in the rainforest oasis of Tamborine Mountain, the lovely Numinbah Valley, the Hinze dam, the early history of Beaudesert, the green of the Springbrook plateau and the pretty Purlingbrook Falls.

For a different type of entertainment, there is always Jupiters Casino with its two floors of gaming tables and machines, live stage performances in the showrooms and themed restaurants. Have a night out at the Currumbin RSL Club or dine in the ocean at the Vikings Currumbin Surf Club.
