Air Conditioning - A limited number of units have air conditioning available at a charge payable direct. This must be requested at time of booking. This will not be guaranteed prior to check-in and clients will be advised on arrival at the property if they have been allocated an air conditioned room. Servicing - Unit serviced mid stay for stays of 10 nights or more. School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008 - Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years. - A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash on arrival. - All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival. Existing Bedding 1 Queen and 2 Singles. Additional Bedding 5th person will be accommodated on a rollaway at extra adult rate. 6th person will be accommodated on a rollaway or mattress at additional charge of AUD30.00 per night.
