Check In Instructions

We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. All high season bookings must be fully paid in advance 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

HIGH SEASON

If the booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $40.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $40.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

MID SEASON

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $40.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $40.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Children and Extra Guests Details

$25 per person over 4, per night. Up to 6 persons in each apartment.

Travel Directions

The complex is located between Burleigh Heads and Broadbeach. 14km from Gold Coast airport - 20 minutes by taxi or bus. To drive - straight along Gold Coast Highway to Miami Beach, u-turn at Miami High School and first left at Santa Monica Road. From Brisbane - Pacific Highway to Smith Street at Southport - follow signs Surfers Paradise on Gold Coast Highway - head straight through to Broadbeach & Nobbys Beach and take left after Miami High School.

There are many attractions on the Gold Coast and we can organise all tours and visits to theme park for you to ensure that all you have to do is enjoy your day.

Our apartments are fully self contained two & three bedroom units with ensuite bathroom, private balcony and everything you will need to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing. Just make yourself at home! You will have digital TVs, direct dial telephone and security intercom & wireless broadband.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and wall oven. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the unit is equipped with all the utensils and electrical goods you will require.
