Check In Instructions

Our manager meets and greets (provide keys and take to room and provides a tour of the resort) all of our clients at any time of the day! Normal arrival time is around 2 pm. Any issues call mark and she will resolve them quickly.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Extra guests as arranged and we supply rollout beds,strollers,highchairs and portacots at no extra charge also. Just add the requests in the area provided on your booking request.

Car Parking Details

All secure car parking on 4 levels then hop in the lift and go straight to your apartment.

Please refrain from parking in areas marked private parking only.

Travel Directions

Brisbane International Airport is located 100 km's North of Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Airport is about 40 km's south of Surfers Paradise at Coolangatta, and accepts domestic flights and flights from New Zealand

Gold Coast Airport

The Gold Coast airport is located in Coolangatta 40 km's south of Surfers Paradise. Several Tourist shuttle buses run from the airport. For larger groups It may actually be more convenient and cost effective to catch a taxi

Brisbane Airport Arrivals

Brisbane International Airport is about 100 km's north of Surfers Paradise. Airtrain and the Pacific Motorway connect the Gold Coast to Brisbane.

Catching the Airtrain is the fastest and most affordable way to reach the gold coast directly from the Brisbane International & Domestic airports. Trains depart (on average) every 30 minutes and offer a cool, calm 85 minute air-conditioned journey to the Gold Coast. It operates twice hourly, between the hours of 5.35am & 8.02pm Monday to Friday, and 6.02am & 8.02pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Once you arrive at the Gold Coast (Nerang Station) you can catch a taxi to your accommodation (another option is the Airtrain ticket with limousine transfer). Tickets can be purchased at the stations - follow the signs in the airports.

If you are driving from Brisbane a variety of detailed maps should be available at the airport and rental company you hire from. Good maps are also available at the Brisbane Airport Map Directory

Taxi fare from Coolangatta is around $45-$50.00 and over $200 from Brisbane.

Coach Transfers from Brisbane about $45 per person.

Hire cars are available at both airports (Eastcoast Car Rentals offer great deals).

We can arrange limousine transfers if you require.

Things To Do

Theme parks.............well the Gold Coast has theme parks.

Wet n Wild, Seaworld, Dreamworld and Movieworld.

Transfers to the theme parks from the complex can be arranged through the tour desk on site or catch a public bus straight to the park across the road (much cheaper!)

Beaches .......................we have beaches on the Gold Coast and only a short walk (less than 3 minutes)
