Capricorn One has a unique position with patrolled beaches at the front of the property and a river with boat moorings at the rear.

ROOM FEATURES Each room contains a laundry with washing machine & dryer, TV with ten free cable channels (including Fox one & two, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network & Movie 1), balcony, open plan kitchen, dining room & lounge and either with two bathrooms or 1 shower + 2 toilets.

Standard 2 Bedroom Apartment

2 bedroom apartments that are older style but still, offering laundry, full kitchen, laundry & 10 Free cable TV channels. These are PERFECT for families that are on a budget. These are older style apartments that are mostly unrenovated.

Standard Plus Bedroom Apartments

2 Bedroom apartments that have tidier interiors. Does not include air-conditioning. Apartments with air-conditioning are on a request only basis & attract a surcharge of $10/night which is payable direct upon arrival.

Business Facilities

The resort boasts a pool, heated spa, sauna, half tennis court, landscaped BBQ areas, undercover security parking and is only a few minutes from central Surfers Paradise. There is a bus stop in front of the building where tours & cruises depart with all bookings organised free of charge.

Travel Directions

From South - Gold Coast Airport / Coolangatta 30 mins north of Coolangatta/Gold Coast Airport. Follow Gold Coast Hwy to Surfers Paradise &amp take right turn at Marriott Hotel, located 1km north of Surfers Paradise. From North - Brisbane Follow signs to Gold Coast. Take Exit 66 to Southport then follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Pass the MacIntosh Island Park &amp opposite the Marriott Hotel, take 1st Left Hand Turn to Ferny Ave.
